When you place an order, you describe the deliverables you need. We assign qualified creators and agree on scope, revisions, and timeline. You agree to provide necessary assets and feedback promptly.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are shown at checkout and may be impacted by your selected currency and add-ons.
• Payments are processed securely; funds may be held until work is delivered and accepted.
• You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the agreed amount.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of your order. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and acceptance, final deliverables are transferred to you for the agreed use. Vanta Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing unless you request confidentiality in writing.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity, and not to upload material you do not have the right to use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanta Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
